Membership and Admission

How much does it cost to visit to the Playhouse?

Children under the age of one are free.

All children and adults are $8/person unless you’re a part of a group with a reservation or are a member of the Playhouse.

How much do memberships cost and how long do they last?

We have a few different options for membership. Both last one year and expire at the end of the month in which they were purchased. Learn more here.

Option 1: Just For Two – $150/year

This option includes one adult and one child.

Option 2: Family Membership – $225/year

This option includes two adults and up to four children. Additional children can be added to the membership for an extra $25/child/year.

Option 3: Grandparents Membership – $200/year

The grandparent’s package includes two adults and four grandkids. Adults must be a senior to be eligible.

Option 4: Deluxe Family Membership is $300/year

This membership includes four adults and four children. Additional children can be added to the membership for an extra $25/child/year.

What are the benefits of a membership?

Members enjoy free general admission, discounts on birthday parties and events for the year that their membership is valid.

Are memberships fixed, flexible, or transferrable?

Memberships to the Discovery Playhouse are specific to the person(s) listed on the membership card. They are not transferable and cannot be shared between different people.

Groups and Parties

How do groups and group rates work?

Group rates are for groups of 10 or more and need to be registered two weeks in advance. Groups must be some type of organized group, such as a school group, church group, camp group, etc.

Groups must have a 1:5 ratio of adults to children. Admission is $5/child adults are free! (only applicable to pre-scheduled groups)

Memberships and free passes may not be used in conjunction with a group admission.

What is included in a party at Discovery Playhouse?

A party at Discovery Playhouse includes 2 hours (120 minutes) in our party room and free, all-day admission for up to 36 guests (Includes children and adults). The time allowed for the party includes setup and breakdown.

How much does a party cost?

Cost: $200 for Members / $250 for Non-Members

Additional guests are $5 per person. Memberships can not be used in conjunction with party attendance.

A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.

The Fairytale Essence adds an additional $85 per character.

How many adults are required for a party?

One adult is required for every 5 children and children must be supervised at all times within the Playhouse.

When can I book a party at the Discovery Playhouse?

Parties can be booked Friday (4:30-6:30pm), Saturdays (9-11am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 2-4pm, and 4:30-6:30pm) and Sundays (1-3pm and 3:30-5:30pm)

Requests for parties outside of our normal time/date slots will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more details.

How long can the room be booked?

Each party time slot is limited to 2 hours, including set up and clean up.
