Group Reservations

Interested in Bringing a Group?

Discovery Playhouse offers field trips and group admission for a minimum of 10 children. Organizations to qualify for groups are churches, boys and girls scouts, school teams, schools, homeschool co-ops, mommy and me groups, etc. The groups must be a qualifying group that is organized and meets on a regular basis.

We prefer booking two weeks in advance.
Groups must provide one adult per every 5 children. Children are $5. Adults attending the group are free. (This includes family adults, teachers, child care workers, etc.)
Groups are limited to 2 hours, with an additional 30 minutes if renting the lunch room.
Group size max are 100 children. Large groups should be divided into different hours or day increments.

Discovery Playhouse staff members, upon arrival, will go over expectations.

Comfortably seats 40. For large groups, we suggest splitting up for lunch and doing it in increments.

Discovery Playhouse has trained educational staff members to provide fun and educational learning to all.

After your submission, a representative from the museum will be in contact shortly after the request? All group bookings are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
